Employees are automatically enrolled in company paid term life and AD&D insurance and short-term disability insurance. Westbrook offers supplemental term life & AD&D insurance and long-term disability insurance options, as well as pet insurance.
Our 401(k) plan is designed to help employees save for retirement through convenient payroll deductions. We offer Pre-Tax and Roth 401(k) options and match 100% of your contribution up to 4%. Regular full-time staff become eligible to enroll after 30 days of employment.
With our Healthcare and Dependent Care FSAs, employees are able to set aside pre-tax dollars (up to the IRS annual limits) to pay for eligible healthcare or day care expenses. Westbrook provides a $2,000 benefit per plan year to eligible employees enrolled into a dependent care FSA.
We encourage true time off: vacations from thinking about work. We observe eight to ten national holidays each year (depending on the calendar) and offer unlimited PTO plus an annual bank of sick time. Outside of routine time off, Westbrook has various leaves of absence options including (but not limited to) family/medical leave, pregnancy disability leave, paid parental leave, and paid bereavement leave.
